We’ll start by understanding where you’re at right now, including your current loan, income, and any existing property.
From there, we’ll walk through what’s possible for you, whether that’s optimising your current setup, accessing equity, refinancing, or planning your next purchase.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your options, what makes sense for you, and what steps to take next.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear understanding of what’s possible, what makes sense for your situation, and what your next step could be - whether that’s moving forward now or preparing for later.
Ultimately it is about understanding what your goals are and helping you understand what you need to do to make it happen.
You’ll receive an email with a privacy consent form and credit guide to review and acknowledge before our appointment so I am in a position to provide credit advice.
There’s also an optional fact find you can complete ahead of time, including the ability to load your income documents which helps me prepare and makes our session more targeted and efficient, but we can absolutely go through it together on the call if you prefer.
If there’s a clear opportunity to move forward, I’ll guide you through the next steps and handle the process from application through to settlement.
If not, you’ll still walk away with clarity on your position and what to focus on next - so you can move forward with confidence when the time is right.
There’s no cost to you for the strategy session or my support throughout the process.
If we move forward with a loan, I’m paid by the lender once your loan settles. That means you get personalised advice, guidance, and ongoing support without paying out of pocket.
